Harden all VM's to be CIS compliant

Motivation

Peace of mind

Detailed Description

probably will break something forsure, need to test in dev env

Additional Context

Thinking Ansible playbook to run through AWX, found projects like https://github.com/dev-sec/ansible-collection-hardening and https://github.com/ansible-lockdown/UBUNTU22-CIS which may be easy to implement
